You can only use this Web site to register South Bay Expressway transponders
that you have purchased from a retail outlet.
You can do one of the following: Register Transponder toRegister Transponder to an EXISTING FasTrak Account
Register Transponder to a NEW FasTrak Account
Transponder Number(s): The transponder number is a 10-digit number
that you can find on your transponder and on the back of the registration card that
comes with the transponder in your welcome packet.
Activation Code: The activation code is an eight-digit alpha numeric code located on the back of the registration card. The activation code must be entered with all
alpha characters in UPPER CASE format. (Example: ABC123DE)
Online Access Credentials: You will need your online access credentials
only if you are registering the transponder to an existing FasTrak account. The
online access credentials includes your login user ID and password that you set at the time of online account registration or via the "Get Online Access" page.

License Plate Information:
To register a new FasTrak account, you will need the numbers for all the license plates of the vehicles that you plan to use while traveling the toll road with your
FasTrak account. You must know the license plate number, state of registration, make, model, year, and color of your vehicle(s).
Valid Email Address:
You will need a valid e-mail address to register a new FasTrak account.
Credit Card Information:
You will need your credit card information to register a new FasTrak account. In
addition, only FasTrak accounts with valid credit cards are allowed to register additional transponders.
